An opportunity to stay in a Frontline Bungalow overlooking Del Duque beach in Costa Adeje, Tenerife in the much sought after community of El Beril.

Terrace is 30 metres from sea front. Shops bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Brand new kitchen fitted June 2024. wi fi, all tv channels, drinking water filter no need for bottled water, microwave, oven, induction hob, air fryer, fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, shower, super king double bed. Air-con on meter and ceiling fan in bedroom.

Relax on the large terrace watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The Terrace is SW facing and has Sun from 8am to 6pm (even longer in the Summer).
Sleeps maximum of two people. Sorry no children or pets.

Prices from £550 to £650pw plus £70 for cleaning after stay.
We have VV holiday let license and NRA registration number.

Had a great time at The Irish Oak with Chris and the team, Chris involves everyone and everyone has a great time! Look forwards to more nights of karaoke fun!!
The bar is located opposite the Hotel Gala and we visited the Irish Oak on a number of occasions during our stay for drinks and food.
All of the staff are warm and very welcoming, in particular Wesley and Sue who served us breakfast a few times
The quality of food and service is fantastic and a great menu with plenty of choice
The bumper fry up is to die for and sets you up for the full day.
Drinks are plentiful, service impeccable and all with a genuine smile.
Whether for food or just drink you will have a great customer experience

So to find a good British food establishment was great. We will be back.”

    Great location, plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby.
    Pool area is lovely very clean and always plenty of space and sunbed availability no problem.
    Kids pool as well as a big pool was perfect for my 5 year old son.
    Beach is 10 minute walk away we went twice and really enjoyed it.
    Hosts are really accommodating and great for recommendations.

    From the very second we got there
    Cat was brilliant in our needs even picking us up personally from the airport..
    The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay including a private pool for the complex.
  • Ideal location with shops and restaurants very close and a short 5-10 minute walk down to the beach in Los Christianos..
    Cat was a super host who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was in regular contact to see if we needed anything aswell as giving us great suggestions and recommendations of places to eat, go and see..
    Already looking into a return visit in October…
    Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great apartment to stay in.. Nice, quiet and relaxed unlike most hotels.

  • Just back from a great week staying in Parque Margareta which is just around from this bar. It’s a lively bar with a different great entertainment act on each night at 10am but with Stevie G comparing Karaoke from 8pm before & after, he holds the audience well & brilliant singers. The bar food is fresh & reasonable as are the drinks. The staff work very hard to make sure you are seated & served all night. Great place for all ages, thanks for making our holiday great.

Customer Review: Fabulous pub / restaurant with a brilliant atmosphere. The place was buzzing both nights that we went. The friendly staff & great banter from the public created a very nice family atmosphere. The evenings Sonny comes on and does the karaoke, he creates a brilliant atmosphere with his one liners and has a great way of gelling everyone together. Been a long time I laughed so much, In between karaoke there is a break where an act comes on, the Robbie Williams is a must see with his sharp humour has the place really coming together & does sarcasm brilliantly 😂 Wish we found this place sooner as it was just down the road from our hotel. Thanks for 2 great night Sonny & staff and will definitely be back.

  • This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The balcony is a sun trap in the afternoon great for chilling out on after a walk around. There is a supermarket across the road for all your essentials or a big supermarket (Mercadona) about 15 min walk away. Also plenty of bars restaurants and shops around. We went in Route 66 last night it was a blast. Mandy is a great host and always answers any questions you may have. 😃
  • We have just got back from a week in this lovely apartment. It was spotless, with everything you need in it. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed where my son slept was really comfy. The view on the balcony is amazing, looking out to the sea. The hotel is in a perfect location. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We will definitely be returning x

  • Just back from a week in this lovely apartment. very spacious clean studio with comfy beds and nice bathroom with a washing machine which was an added bonus. Fridge with freezer, iron and iron boards, hair dryer, Tv with English channels, kettle, toaster, microwave oven you name it it was there. The pool area is lovely with all 3 pools heated each day which was great for my daughter. The bar area is card only but you can charge it to your room then pay with cash at reception.
    In good location with a 3 minute walk down hill to the beach, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep. Will defo use again and have recommended this place to family and friends.

If you haven’t been to The New Soul Suite in Las Americas, you’re missing out! Michael Leavy Junior makes this venue the place to be, bringing you his amazing voice of Soul, Motown, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Northern Soul & more. On Wednesday it was a little quiet, but within minutes of hearing him sing, the place filled up with people and literally became a full on party with a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are friendly and although busy, they work extremely hard & get you served quickly 10/10. I fully recommend this place and suggest you check out when Michael Leavy Junior is on to get the best of The New Soul Suite 👏

“Wow , so not miss this place .. cocktails are amazing , we had prawn cocktail to start … fillet steak for 19 euros, honestly I would have paid 40 euros .. it was soooo good , you will not be disappointed.”

Discovered this when we typed in nearest steak place to our hotel ole tropical. Minutes up the road and nearly missed it but found it at the end of the row of little shops/food places. Such a relaxing chilled atmosphere. Seems like a little family run business. Server did tell us a 30 minute wait for food but that didn’t bother us as that didn’t seem long anyway. Ordered mussels and calamari for starters which was delicious. Both ordered fillet for main course and it was cooked to perfection. Probably best we’ve eaten and we are fussy eaters. Wait didn’t seem long as well. Waitress was always attentive with drinks. Would highly recommend. We would bring the kids here too. Was very reasonably priced too. Will always come each time we are here now”
