We were in Tenerife 3 nights, and EVERY night we ate here. I have never had such delicious fish in my entire life. The daily caught grouper was beyond delicious, as were the fresh mixed salad, calamari, salted potatoes, even the bread rolls and mojos were fantastic.

The staff was excellent, and always made the room for us, with a stunning view of the marina to watch the night fall and people pass by below. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was always so kind to us and helpful in navigating our selections. They have an extensive local wine menu. This restaurant fed our bellies and souls. Highly recommended.

Visit our restaurant to enjoy a great lunch with a magnificent view to Los Abrigos Harbour, where we offer tasty dishes and fish from our land and sea. We are proud to have served our Canary product to the King himself.

  • Just back from a great week staying in Parque Margareta which is just around from this bar. It’s a lively bar with a different great entertainment act on each night at 10am but with Stevie G comparing Karaoke from 8pm before & after, he holds the audience well & brilliant singers. The bar food is fresh & reasonable as are the drinks. The staff work very hard to make sure you are seated & served all night. Great place for all ages, thanks for making our holiday great.

Friendly staff greeted us and took our orders. The Milkshake was very refreshing, a good serving and was nice experience. The restaurant itself was very busy in the evening so we struggled to find a table. As well, the sauce bucket had a mini pair of scissors ! It was a comedic and functional touch. Food wait was good with the knowledge that they were very busy. The deep fried scampi was not overcooked at all, and was v almost juicy in my mouth but not in any way sludgy. The steak with the chef’s special patรฉ looked succulent and plated nicely. The restaurant also had multiple TVs, which played English news channels. They also play live sport some days. A good family friendly restaurant!

“Some years ago this restaurant was the Aries Irish Bar that Iโ€™d used many times and was disappointed when it was a victim of the pandemic. However on our visit last year we were pleased with its replacement, albeit very different, and had a great meal. Our return this year to Tenerife allowed us to revisit Christieโ€™s and Iโ€™m so glad we did. Itโ€™s an outstanding restaurant and worthwhile finding it as itโ€™s a little off the โ€˜beaten trackโ€™. Pride in its cooking skills is obvious with the open plan kitchen as is the menu that is not oversized and has a selection of ingredients that can be maintained as always fresh. We shared the (very) garlic prawns as a starter; great!! My main was a simple chicken pasta dish with tomatoes, peppers and onions, it was a treat. The lady had Hake in leek sauce, again well cooked with a subtle sauce. The fish is covered with the sauce but can be served on the side. My only disappointment is the lack of vegetables available with the fish, but thatโ€™s not a massive issue. The house white is good as is the Dorada arriving in an iced glass. We loved the night and I recommend it strongly.”

“Wow , so not miss this place .. cocktails are amazing , we had prawn cocktail to start โ€ฆ fillet steak for 19 euros, honestly I would have paid 40 euros .. it was soooo good , you will not be disappointed.”

Discovered this when we typed in nearest steak place to our hotel ole tropical. Minutes up the road and nearly missed it but found it at the end of the row of little shops/food places. Such a relaxing chilled atmosphere. Seems like a little family run business. Server did tell us a 30 minute wait for food but that didnโ€™t bother us as that didnโ€™t seem long anyway. Ordered mussels and calamari for starters which was delicious. Both ordered fillet for main course and it was cooked to perfection. Probably best weโ€™ve eaten and we are fussy eaters. Wait didnโ€™t seem long as well. Waitress was always attentive with drinks. Would highly recommend. We would bring the kids here too. Was very reasonably priced too. Will always come each time we are here now”
