The rates published online, as above, are bank rates that are pretty much impossible to get.
Online Currency Exchange, such as Currency Fair, are typically half to 1% lower.
Exchange on the Street is typically 2% to 5% lower, sometimes more for small amounts.
If you are changing, say 200 GBP at a time, then convenience is perhaps more important.
