About the House
The double rooms all cost the same, 500€ per month, the single 350€. Shared facilities are laundry room, lounge/kitchen/diner. Wifi is available in the lounge although it does usually reach all rooms also.
- Ground Floor – laundry room, bedroom 1 (double en-suite)
- First Floor – bedroom 2(double), bedroom 3 (single), main bathroom
- Second Floor – lounge/kitchen/dining area
- Top Floor – double bedroom 4 (en-suite)

- Bedroom 1 – compact double with private bathroom
- Bedroom 2 – spacious double with seating/working space
- bedroom 3 – compact single
- bedroom 4 – double with toilet/washbasin, shared roof terrace
Things to Note
- Single people ONLY
- No Pets
- Please make sure you know the area
- If you don’t have transport and need to work on the coast, please check buses etc.
- The common language in the house is English
